1998 Mazda Protege draning battery

I've replaced and tested a new alternater put in a new battery and replaced the postive and negative wires replaced the spark plugs and wires and a new distribulater and yet the car can only last a few rides before it dies out im at a loss and can't think of any else

you will need a volt meter.

With everything hooked up like normal.
And the battery fully charged.
The battery should have 12.6 volts with the engine off.

now start the car, it should be above 13.
If it is not, then the car is not charging.
