Heater

I had to put a piece of cardboard in front of my radiator so heater would get hot. I have replaced thermostat, checked vent in the fan box, What could it be? or are some cars just cold blooded?

yes some are cold blooded. but also check your glycol consentrate 50% is optimum, but over 60-65% glycol to water the protection starts to go away. aswell to little glycol. it may not freeze up but it also won't heat and/or disapate enough. good luck.
