1995 Other Mazda Models car will not start

went out to crank my car to warm it up before going to work and it would not start. It sounds like it wants to turn over. The radio comes on and the key in the ingnition makes the sound it normally does.

This type of problem can be caused by ignition and fuel system defects. Disconnect a sparkplug wire and ground it to the engine and crank engine over-do you have a snapping blue spark out of the wire-if so look for fuel in the cylinders by inspecting the sparkplugs for wetness, check this out and comeback with your findings before we continue
