I have a 1992 Mazda Mx6, 179,000 v6, it seems that when I turn, I here this clicking noise, when I come out of the turn, it stops

It is a CV joint. They are not that hard to change, if you have the tools and the time. If you are thinking of doing it yourself pick up a Haynes manual for your vehicle and look it over first.
