Hi marlis, Thank you for the donation. Seems quite a complex situation. VERTICAL DOOR GLASS ADJUSTMENT 1. Remove the weatherstrip, and check the alignment with the door glass in the fully closed position. 2. Loosen upper stop installation bolts (A). See Fig. 3. Adjust by moving the upper stop up, or down so that the upper edge of the door glass is in the correct position, and then tighten bolts (A). NOTE: When the door glass is raised, both glass stops must contact the upper stop simultaneously. Before an upper stop is moved for adjustment, lower the door glass slightly.
