my ignition is kinda messed up and i will start my car and it starts to over heat after a while but my dad said you have to get hte ignition in the right spot and i wanted to know what else it could be and nothing is leaking no fuses are blown i have anti freeze and all the right fluids at the right levels so what else could it be.

Check the thermostat for a start

its not that its the ignition its so messed up that the fans dont come on the fans are working i tried it yesterday my dad said to get the ignition in the right spot but i was wondering if there could be something else causeing it to overheat

Square away the ignition switch and then find out what's causing the fans not to come On-could be the relay/coolant temperature sensor/temperature gauge switch/computer
