I need some clarity on whether or not to replace the voltage regulator or my altenator.
Currently, the "charge battery" and "ALT" lights are coming on but they are very dim. As I accelerate they virtually go off but can still be seen lit slightly. As the van returns to normal idle speed, they become brighter, but not fully lit.
Which of the two do you feel need to be replaced? :?
