2000 Mazda MPV Power loss on hills

The MPV starts and runs ok for a short time. But going up hill I have no power. Getting to freeway speed can take serveral miles.

Any idea what the problem might be?

I have fuel pumps do this. We hook up a fuel pressure gauge to the windsheild and monitor the pressure when the problem is happening to confirm or eliminate this as a cause.
