Friends of mine recently purchased a mazda van. they were not told that it had a security system. the other day the alarm went off and the only way they could get it to shut off was to remove the battery cable. When they put it back on, the vehicle locked up on them. now when you turn the key the dome light comes on and it dings but nothing else happens. what can they do?
