Is this the supercharged model? If so, switch back to premium. Using regular gasoline is likely to cause performance problems and engine damage if you continue to use it in the supercharged model.
Unfortunately, the TCS system is quite touchy in the Millenias. A failing engine sensor, vacuum leak, or misrouted vacuum line can both trigger a TCS malfunction. Assuming this is the supercharged model, I would start by switching back to premium then checking the vacuum lines. If the problem persist, you may need to dig deeper to find a solution.
