How to replace the belt that goes over the powersteering and water pump?

to remove power steering pump belt, loosen idler pulley locknut and adjust belt deflection by turning adjusting bolt until belt is loose enough to remove. the timing belt (belt around water pump..) removal is more complicated. instructions for the timing belt replacement are below..
