I got in my car this morning and I turned the AC on it is blowing hot air. What do you think the problem is?

Hi
Low on charge, electrical, mechanical problem. First open hood check fuses,then need to hook up gagues see what levels are. If that's all good then need trouble shoot electrical controls.
