Headlights will not turn on via 3 position selector switch. Parking lights are okay. Highbeams will flash by pulling turn signal stalk towards driver, they will not stay on when stalk is pushed forward. Both headlamps and the headlight switch have been changed---no luck. Fuses check good. Is there a headlight relay? Any other ideas? Thanks.
