My truck has a very bad performance issue. It wont rev beyond 3000 rpm. My model is carby and i had that overhauled and changed the fuel filter, spark plugs, ignition leads and that hasnt done a thing. It doesnt have a mechanical fuel pump do you think my problems could be in the tank.
