On speeds 1 & 2 the AC comp. runs but the fan does not blow. On speeds 3 & 4 the fan runs but the AC does not cool and the AC light goes out.

The blower resistor is faulty. It can affect both the symptoms described and to test the blower resistor, ground the terminals of the
1. Blue/Yellow wire, it is for 1st speed and the A/C switch.
2. Blue wire, 2nd speed.
3. Blue/Red wire, 3rd speed.
4. Blue/Black wire, 4th speed.
