My b2200 doesn't like to get out of 1st so I'm forced to let off the gas to help it shift into second after that it rips through the gears just fine, is my tranny goin? Also, when I purchased it the previous owner has put a cold air intake on it but I have the original air intake and plan on throwing it back in. Is there any thing special I need to do other than make sure all the hoses are in the right place? And lastly, the motor shakes all over the place when it idles. Give it some gas and it purrs like a kitten, is that shake at low rpm's normal for this truck.
Sorry for the novel, thanks for the help.

Try adjusting the clutch free play, look for a broken/loose motor mount/s-

Double check all the sparkplug connections both at the plugs and the cap-
