Where is the VSS on the 1999 626 and is it difficult to replace? Daughter said the car got stuck in first gear and the check engine light came on.
When I went to pick her up, there was no problem with the transmission and the check engine light was off. I took the car to Autozone and they pulled the code which was p0500 indicating something wrong with the VSS.
