I recently had a minor accident the front driver side headlight was damaged, i replaced the headlight and signal light, when i turned them on to test them the lights flash or blink rapidly. when i start the engine and turn the lights on they don`t blink thay increase and decrease in power i checked for a short but couln`t find anything. What is this? help me please...

the bulb may have a dead fillament. take a look at the bulb to see if one of the fillaments are burnt. get back with findings

I checked the bulb no problems with it, i even went as far as buying a new bulb and i still have the same problem.

why dont you try the flasher, you can ohm stest it to see if it works. the accident could have caused it to short out.
