how do i change the dashboard lights that illuminate my spedometer and odometer? how do i access it and how do i replace them?

Hi qseyal,
You need to remove the meter cluster assy and the bulbs are plug in and twist type.
To get meter out, you need to remove cover first. Remove meter attaching screws and disconnect wire couplers.
