The heater is barely blowing air on the floor area and the defroster area. The midway vents blow more than normal force air. It has made a clicking sound and a very soft chirping sound once or twice. Our mechanic went over it and could find nothing wrong in the hoses or connections. The next step would be for them to go under the dash to check for anything amiss. They did agree it was not as it should be, but could not find anything.
