Where is the cigarette lighter fuse in a 1996 Mazda 626?

Radio works fine, but cigarette lighter and ashtray light does not work.

I've checked all the fuses in the kick panel and under the hood.

The radio fuse 15amp powers the lighter and the radio antenna-

Radio work fine and dandy-the problem is the blue and white wire that goes behind the lighter socket is open between the lighter and the radio fuse.
