If you dont ever need a washer for the drivers side then do nothing. If you can, switch the nozzle that squirts poorly to the drivers side and block off the hose on the passenger side until it can be replaced. You need a full washer fluid tank, a washer pump that works good enough to develope enough pressure and both nozzles hooked up and working for the system to operate properly. If one nozzle is missing, the fluid will come out of the open hose and the pressure will drop and one nozzle won't squirt very well. So if both nozzles are the same, use the good one on the drivers side and you must block off the hose going to the passenger side. Or just install a new one where its missing. But even if both nozzles are installed and are not blocked up the washer pump could be bad. and that will need replacement also. Pressure always seeks the path of least resistance. OK
