1995 Mazda 626 Changing front brakes

While attempting to remove front brake caliper, I can locate only one bolt which has the allen-wrench-type head, with a rubber housing around it. Shouldn't there be two?
I did locate 2 other larger bolts with conventional heads. Do all three need removal in order to change the pads?

Take the lower bolt out swing caliper up take out the pads, push piston back instal new.
