1992 Mazda 626 Installed stereo, heater stopped blowing

So, I just bought my 1992 Mazda 626, and i needed to install a CD player.

While I was testing, i may have crossed some wires and it caused the connector to fly off the negative side of the battery (i did all the wiring with it disconnected)

ever since then, when i put my fans to a setting where they should blow, nothing comes out and we checked the fuse, and its not blown...

I'm a little bit lost...
