Engine Performance problem
1992 Mazda 626 Automatic 95,000 miles
I recently bought this car from a used car dealership. They had just replaced the timing belt.
While driving, the car will start to shake uncontrollably for about 5 seconds and you will not be able to accelerate. The car just revs when you try. Its pretty scary when youre on the freeway and the car starts slowing down. After a few seconds everything seems to kick back into place and the car is back to normal.
This probably happens once a day. The rest of the time the car drives fine.
