Car Shaking

I have a Mazda 323 Automatic 1996. It drives well - smoothly - however when I stop and the car is still in DRIVE (at stop lights) the car shakes until I put it into Neutral. What could be wrong

Could be anything from a bad idle air control valve to a simple vacuum leak...get a can of spray gumout, spray around vacuum lines and intake manifold, if the idle changes, youve found a leak! Plug it! Also when was the last tune up? Is the check engine light on?
