Engine Mechanical problem

My name is George the problem that I am having is that whenever I press down on the clutch and select a gear any gear as a matter a fact and slighty move off and sink the clutch again the car starts moving although the clutch is fully down, this happens in traffic alot I cant keep my foot on the clutch in gear too long because the car starts to move and sometimes it sticks in the gear and I have to shut off the engine then put it in neutral to get it out of gear. Note I have changed my slave cylinder and the problems still is occuring, the car goes into gear ok with no fight or noise its just that you cant have yr foot on the clutch too long in gear cause it will move without you coming up off the clutch.
Please give me some advice
