Hi my vehicle, won't idle more than ten seconds or so without shutting down.
If I use the choke it will idle for quite a while to indefinitely depending on how much adjustment I do to the screw at the back of the carburetor.
Unfortunately no amount of adjustment allows it to idle without the choke being applied.

I've changed the spark plugs, the spark plug cables, the fuel filter and the air filter. I've checked the distributor cap and sprayed a full container of Bar's Engine Conditioner into the carburetor, while I used the choke to keep it on. The inside of the top of the carburetor looks brand new.

I've checked the plunger and the check valve in the carubetor, both seem to work fine; fuel is getting into the intake inside of the carburetor and going through the fuel filter. I can see it flowing when I pull the accelerator cable.

Even with the choke on though the car won't drive well. It runs very roughly and eventually cuts off.

I have no clue what to do now

Have you tried adjusting the initial opening of the choke plate. Also the air/fuel mix screw-

Check the PCV and the EGR valve. Any vauum leak? Also check the fuel pressure.
