Hi there,

My car has been taken to the garage because it would turn over and they put a new starter motor into the car. The car started perfecting fine the first couple of times and now it seems I have some form of electrical problems. When I tried to start up the car the dash lights come on but when I go to start the engine the lights turn off the dash and the engine doesnt turn. Also if i turn the main car lights on it makes loud clicking sounds.

I have a new battery on the car and now a new starter motor. Any ideas are welcome.

Check and test the battery if okay double check connections if it continues check the following starter, starter relay, park/neutral position switch and ignition switch

starter motor connections mechanics often forget to tighten them
