How do I repair or replace the Headlight ON Warning Chime that is not working

I had this same issue and it was fixed by replacing a fuse in the fuse box located under the passenger glove box.

Just wedge yourself down there, pull off the cover and rotate the white panel so you can see the fuses.

The fuse I replaced was labeled ILLUM on the cover of the fuse box. Replaced with a new 7.5 A fuse and all was fixed.
