Max A/C not blowing out of vents

When I turn my max ac on it blow out of the defrost and the floor vent. And when I change it to a different setting they all work fine?

Check for vacuum leaks under the dash. The vent doors are actuated by vacuum. If there is a leak, it's hard to tell which direction the air will blow.
