I had my master cylinder replaced in my diesel truck, and now everything inside my cab has power - windows, radio, ect., works without the key in. Could this have happened at the shop? Do they mess with any electrical wires while replacing that part?

The wiring under the dash needs to be closely inspected for a short to power with possible smashed wiring. Another possibility is loose wiring from aftermarket alarms,sometimes if you have an alarm some shops will disconnect it to service the vehicle and not reconnect it correctly,this is only if you have one anyways.

I do gave an alarm, the kind that must be turned off with the remote or start the truck within one minute or it disengages everything. You think I should call them and ask if they did anything with the electric? Just do not know if they will be honest with me.

If it happened right after then it sounds like they left a ground wire off. I would have them look at it again.
