Mass airflow sensor wiring diagram needed

I pulled off the wiring to the mass air flow sensor by accident I have no idea what color wire goes were. There is 2 black wires, 1 green, 1 red, 1 yellow.

hello,

Check the diagram below pin out of the mass air flow related to your engine.

pin 1 is empty.
pin 2 red/black.
pin 3 black.
pin 4 green/white.
pin 5 yellow/green.
pin 6 black.
