How do I remove the MAF sensor from the housing without cracking the housing?

I attached the process. You vehicle has what is called the volume airflow sensor.

Let me know if you have questions. If you can clarify what you are concerned about with the housing. Maybe get a video of what you are dealing with and we can figure out what the issue is. Thanks
