Main dashboard lights not working

Main dashboard lights not working, gauges are working, lights on safety features working lights on transmission and placement are working. just literally the gauge lights are not working. dome lights are working and all interior lights are working. Did replace two fuses one under the hood and one on the side panel of dash, also replaced light switch/ dimmer switch on dashboard. Thank you
