MAF sensor wiring harness install instructions?

I replaced my MAF after not passing emissions testing. Received a p0112 an air temperature control and a p0102 mass air flow circuit sensor low. Purchased a MAF 5 wire connector. My question is when I purchased the 5 wire wiring harness wires are all black in color. I can't match up the colors. I need to match up the wires coming from the new harness to the car. Also, my radiator fan comes on 3 seconds after starting the car and at high speed.
