Starts okay, but the RPMs fluctuates at times, have this code. Is that usually an indication it's a bad MAF?

Hi,
The code usually indicates a failed or dirty MAF. Also, keep in mind there could be a corrosion issue or loose wire at the MAF.
Try cleaning it first to see if it helps.

Try this and let me know the results. Also, confirm the connector is tight, clean, and undamaged.
