AutoNation is where I get oil changes, for years. I went yesterday and was told the car is in pristine condition; however, a lug nut is cross threaded. I got express service as no mechanics were on site, rep advised I’d be good to go until next visit in approx 6 months. I just want to confirm there is no real hazard, etc.

No real hazard but if you needed to get that tire off due to a flat you likely couldn't. To repair it you will need to get that lug nut off, then replace the wheel stud in the hub and use a new lug nut. Basically, similar to this, however you may not need to remove parts depending on which axle it is on and how much clearance there is.

Thanks for the info! I was thinking my wheel would come off. So, I can wait until my next oil change in July to address that. Again, I just want to make sure it’s not urgent.

Yes, you can wait a bit. The wheel won't come off, as a matter of fact with a lug nut cross threaded it's going to be serious work to get it off.
