lt & rt license plate and 3rd brake lights out

lt & rt license plate and 3rd brake lights out. Also trunk release inoperative. Is this a fuse problem? If so which fuse? Or is there a rear signal activation module (SAM) that needs work? BTW: My car is a CLS500 not a 550.

Start with checking that the globes are ok, sort that one out first.

I have not checked the light bulbs yet. I thought it was a fuse problem first because all 3 lights went out at the same time. To coincide with the lights being inop, the trunk release does not work either. The only way to get in the trunk now is by using a key. Thanks.

They will run different fuses so check lights first and i will look into the other issue.
