Low pitched whistle noise coming from ECM, just had a complete tuneup plugs, wires, rotor, distributor, and pcv also checked for any vacuum leaks there were none put ear right above ECM next to battery and behind driver side headlight and whistle noise def coming from the ECM. Problem with ECM cropping up?
