Hi,

There are a few things we need to check. First, does the engine reach operating temperature? Next, have you checked to make sure the engine coolant is full?

The things I mentioned above can cause what you are experiencing. However, there are other things. I need to know if you have dual climate control or is it a single zone system? I ask because there is an air mixing damper motor that may not be fully opening. If the car has dual zone climate control, you will have two. Single zone only has one.

If you look at the pic below, I highlighted two things. Those are the actuator motors. It is uncommon for them to fail with such low mileage, but anything is possible.

Additionally, take a look through this link. Note that it indicates heater not working, but many of the things can also cause low heat.

Let me know.

Radiator full, temperature coolant normal fluid clean, airflow normal, lukewarm heater output.

Yep, I would remove the actuator and work the blend door pivot by hand. This way you can tell for sure the actuator is causing the issue. In this guide it shows what I am talking about.

This shows the pivot being moved by hand. Let me know what you find.
