Low compression

Unfortunately, there is no quick fix for low compression. Very few things cause it, valves, worn rings, timing, head gasket.

I wish I had an easier solution, but you need to find the problem and then fix it.

600 or 60? Or which measurement unit are you using? If you meant 60 PSI then that is very low and you would need to determine why it is that low. If you are sure the valves are good then it would either be cylinder scoring or broken/damaged piston rings to drop it that low.
There are a couple solutions but neither are quick. One would be to remove the engine, have the bad cylinder bored out and a sleeve installed along with a new piston and rings for all cylinders. Then put it back together with a new timing set and whatever else is worn like bearings and having the head checked and valves done. That would essentially give you a new engine. Or put a low mileage used engine into it for possibly less money depending on what the engine machine work would cost in your area.
