Low beams both quit suddenly

all of a sudden my low beams just quit although all other lights still work. we have checked the fuses for low beams and they are fine and the bulbs have been checked and they are fine as well. We have been told it could either be a relay or DRL module but are not sure if our model has either of these or where they are located to check any assistance would be appreciated. I also should mention that it is a police interceptor to be specific.
