Low beam turns on for 10 seconds and then turns off automatically

Low beam will only turn on for 10 seconds when the car is started, but then dies off after that. High beam works fine. The head light switch seems to do nothing at all. This car is equipped with DRL system.

Check items in picture as well as headlight relay under hood put dielectric copmpound on prongs of headlight relay.
