Low beam headlight are dim

I have the car listed above SE model.
Low beam lights are so dim that i did not cover 20 meters in front of car.
High beams are fine nothing wrong with them.

I would suggest checking the voltage on the highlighted wires just to find out if you have 12 volts going to the low beam bulbs.

Normally this is a ground issue but the high beams share the ground so it is unlikely. More likely is a the FET that is used in the Smart Junction block.
