Went to start my car and it gave me a loud squealing noise. hit the gas it got louder and the battery charging failure notification popped up on the dash.. I recently replaced my belt 3 weeks ago.. looked under the hood, the belt was not turning and it looked 50% thinner than when i brought it.. kinda looks like it's stuck on the tensioner. tried to push it down and pull up the belt on the tensioner but it's stuck.. so, where do i go from here? I'm scared to drive it because every time i start it it squeals louder, so how do i fix it?
