So this just started happening, my car when I’m going decently slow will make a loud scraping noise by my back tires.

Hello again.
Yes, that sounds like the rear brake shoes are making noise.It might be the pad rivets have started making contact with the brake drum indicating the brake shoes are needing to be replaced.Here is a tutorial showing what is involved:
