loud clicking noise under dash

I just started having this issue about 2 weeks ago. Every time we turn the engine on, a loud clicking noice starts (sounds like it under the dash or between the center console) and then stops after 30-60 seconds.

This happens when the blend door actuator goes bad here is a guide to walk you through the repair with diagrams below to show you the location in your car.

Thanks for this post I had this problem and had to get a new front mode actuator cost me $112.00. I love this site.
