What we ask you to do is perform a CAN scan to retrieve all code information from your car. A CAN scan will test all the systems on your car including the abs and traction control lights you've mentioned. Here is a tutorial showing what is involved for a CAN scan:

Did a scan and no codes are found, but the read out when driving still says all the same stuff. oh, and sometimes the cluster lights up sometimes not..

I noticed we haven't heard from you for a couple of days. Have you made any progress? By any chance, have you checked the wheel speed sensors? You could have a sensor still working, but sending a bad signal.

Hello again.

Are there any symptoms with driveability when driving the car or are just the dash lights on? Were the codes erased? If the codes were erased and there are still faults with the vehicle any code will show up again after car is driven about 25 miles. Let us know and we'll go from there since no codes where found. I swapped out the Radio Relay with the ignition relay.. they both had the same numbers and same schematic on the side, now the key turns and starts car every time, also all the dash lights come on every time now.. problem still remains with ABS, Traction control and brake light always on...

The most common cause of an ABS/traction control light being on is the result of a failed wheel speed sensor.

What I need you to do is check the sensors. At each wheel, there is a speed sensor on this vehicle. See the pic below. To check a sensor at home requires a multimeter and a safe way to lift one wheel from the ground at a time. see pic 1 below

As Danny mentioned, in most cases a bad sensor will cause the light to come on, both the ABS and the traction control. So this is a good place to check.

Also, low brake fluid will set the lights as well, so make sure you confirm the master cylinder is full.
