Lots of exhaust blue smoke

Power seems okay blue smoke (always) cold, hot idle,and run down the street (lots off almost like a sea foam treatment) . Spark plugs has carbon cylinder 4 spark plug pretty dirty (black)
compression good psi: cyl 1=210 ,cyl 2=205,cyl 3=185 after adding oil to spark plug hole =205 psi, cylinder 4 205 --(compression tester gauge might be a little off maybe to high.) new PCV valve,new ignition module.
1.Could this me a bad/plugged crankcase ventilation system,oil separator?
2. piston rings.
3. Valve seal or worn valve guides.

Hello,

Yes. Yes. And yes. Blue smoke coming from your exhaust is a definite sign of oil being burnt in your combustion chamber. I don't think it is going to be from your vehicle's oil rings, valves, or a head gasket leaking though, that is a good compression test. I would start with the PCV valve.
